This Fire Station has been constructed in three phases:
(1) Force Account:
City crews removed existing organics and installed compacted aggregate at the site to finish grade for building construction. (Completed August 2007)
City crews installed electric, water and sewer services to the building after building shell was completed. (Completed September 2008)
City crews roughed in interior frame walls and mezzanine floors. (Completed September 2008)
City crews installed interior insulation and sheet rock finishs after mechanical and electrical rough-in by Interior Mechanical/Electrical Contractor.
(2) Bid #07-01 Building Shell: The City of Saint Paul advertised for bids and awarded a contract to Pro-West Construction to pour concrete foundation, install underslab piping, supply and erect the building shell. Project was substantially complete January 6, 2008.

Bid #08-02 Mechanical and Electrical: - The City of Saint Paul advertised for bids and awarded a contract to Mantech Mechanical to completed the interior Mechanical and Electrical work on the building..
